ECAIRE is committed to making AI and digital innovation accessible to all, while strengthening Portugal’s position in the global digital economy. Our digital traineeship program supports recent graduates and professionals from every background—offering pathways that build essential digital literacy for non-STEM participants and advanced AI, data science, and machine learning expertise for STEM graduates.

Through academic–industry partnerships and incubator programs, participants connect with real challenges and opportunities, gaining experience that translates directly into career growth and organizational impact. This approach not only empowers individuals but also helps businesses and institutions build the digital capacity needed to stay competitive.
